    Paste your website address, upload documents or past Instagram and WhatsApp conversations. Bob reads them and fills in the knowledge sections; you check and fix the text.

    Rules

    Set the qualification criteria (budget, timing, need), tone, reply length, follow-up schedule, reply limits and your own instructions. Bob never invents prices or promises.

Questions

Does Bob make things up?
No. He answers only from your knowledge. When he does not know, he says a colleague will answer and hands the conversation to your team.
Can I limit or pause him?
Yes. Pause with one switch, a reply limit per conversation, a daily cap, and your own instructions. All in the settings, live at once.
Which languages?
Any. Bob replies in the language the customer writes in; the app itself is in Serbian and English.
What do I need for Instagram or WhatsApp?
A business Instagram account and a ManyChat Pro account. The setup is ten minutes by the guide, or I do it with you.
Where is the data?
On EU servers (Frankfurt), isolated per company at the database level. Never sold, never used for advertising or AI training.
What if I already have a CRM?
Qualified leads go straight to GoHighLevel or Google Sheets, or to any tool through a webhook.
