No two companies work the same, so there are no packages and no templates here. We sit on your workflow and I build Claude straight into it: Cowork working in your files, email and tools, Claude Code where code is needed, and your processes written as a Claude Skills library the team calls with one command.

- First we look at how you work today: what repeats, where the hours go, what AI may touch and what stays human. That picks the first process worth automating.
- 02Claude Cowork, set up
- Accounts, permissions and folders, connectors to your tools (Google Workspace, email, sheets): Cowork sees only what it may and does only what it is given.
- 03A Claude Skills library
- Quotes, reports, inbox handling, onboarding: each process written once, as a skill, repeated without mistakes. The library is yours and grows with the company.
- 04Workflows with control
- Claude reads, writes and files; a person approves. It is clear who triggers what, what gets reviewed, and what never runs on its own.
- 05Team training, live
- On your own examples: how to write a task, how to review the work, how to tune a skill. After me, the team runs it alone.
