case / Babe Body
Revenue x2 in five days.
A fitness brand with a strong Instagram audience and an owner who pushes forward. This was never a project-and-goodbye: the system was built in phases and is still growing.
The path, phase by phase
- Inherited
A Webflow site, Memberstack membership, Stripe checkout: glued together to survive the first wave. It worked, but barely, and every new challenge wave meant chaos in the inbox.
- Level up
A new site, a members app with payments and progress tracking, and an email campaign in three waves: one system instead of three patches. Existing members migrated without a single lost paid day.
- Now
Forms and funnels for every new wave, Meta Pixel and ads already running: signup, payment and access run on their own, and marketing is measured down to the euro.
- Next
A shop is the next step and the plan is already set. This is how I work with every client: we talk constantly, we stay a step ahead, and every next move grows out of the numbers of the last one.

Why I tell this story
Because this is what working with me looks like: you start with the part that hurts most, the system grows as the business grows, and at every point you know what the numbers say.
