case / Erić Truck Service

From two visits a day to 200+.

Veljko fixes trucks and that part was never the problem. The problem was that nobody found him online. A site existed, but search barely showed it.

Erić Truck Service, the new site

The path, phase by phase

  1. Inherited

A site Google did not understand: one to two visits a day. Work came by word of mouth, which is slow and uncertain. The phone rang when someone remembered him.

  2. New site

Rebuilt from scratch so search understands what he does, where he does it and for whom. Structure, speed, and answers to the questions people actually type when their truck breaks down.

  3. Now

Automations and a CRM run alongside the site: every inquiry lands in one place, conversations with customers do not sit waiting, and Veljko gets a notification the moment someone asks. Nothing gets lost while he is under a truck.

  4. In progress

An app for his customers: a record of who was serviced, which vehicle and which parts were replaced, a discount for regulars, and a button that sends an inquiry straight to him in one tap, into the same CRM where the rest already live. So the shop has its own base and its own channel instead of everything living in his head and in notebooks. Not launched yet.

What the owner says

Bro, what did you do with the site? I can’t keep up, everyone is calling, the phone won’t stop ringing.

Why I tell this one

At the start you never know for sure whether it will work. That is why the first step is the hardest, and why it is taken together. Veljko did not wait: every detail, every photo and every answer came the same day. I cannot describe his trade better than he can, and he has no time to worry about how Google reads it. Once that part goes right, the rest is a matter of time. That is why I like working with people who pick up.
