The growth guarantee: full terms.

No fine print. This is the whole deal, the same for every client, written to be read in two minutes.

01What exactly I guarantee

Before we start we pick one number: inquiries, booked calls, sales or revenue. It goes into the plan, with the starting point and the target. If that number is not above the starting point within 60 days, I refund everything you paid me.

02What “everything” means

Every payment made to me for that engagement: the setup and the monthlies. It does not cover third-party costs you pay directly, such as ads, hosting or tool licenses.

03Where the starting point comes from

From your data before we start: analytics, CRM, statements. If there is no data, the first two weeks measure the status quo and that becomes the baseline. We both see it in writing before the clock starts.

04When the 60 days start

From the day the first part of the system goes live, not from a signature or a call. That date is written into the plan.

05Your two conditions

You answer inquiries the same working day and grant access within 48 hours. Without that the system cannot run, so the guarantee clock pauses until it is unblocked. There is no third condition.

06How you claim the refund

One email to office@dusanstepanov.com within 14 days after the deadline. I refund within 5 working days, no persuasion, no forms. What was built stays yours.
